Our store is hosted on a custom built solution using PHP, CodeIgniter and Bootstrap. This platform gives us the ability to sell our products and services to you. Your data is entrenched in this custom solution’s data storage, and the general Denue application. It should be noted that your data is kept on a secure server, behind a firewall.

If you decide to complete the purchase of your product through a direct payment gateway, Denue keeps your credit card information. This is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is kept only as long as is deemed necessary, in order to complete your purchase transaction. Once this is done, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Every direct payment conforms to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint collaboration of various brands, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements assist in the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For further details, you may also want to read Denue’s Terms of Service or Privacy Statement.

With regards to such providers, we highly recommend that their privacy policies are read, in order for you to fully understand how your personal information shall be handled by such providers.

So, if you elect to proceed with a particular transaction that requires the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subjected to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) which regulate the service provider or its facilities. For instance, if you, the user, are located in the United States, while the payment gateway is located in Canada, your personal information that is used in completing such transaction may be subject to disclosure regulated by Canada’s legislation.

Once you exit our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or even their application, you are no longer regulated by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
